What we collect
- What you send us when you write to us or book a call: your name, email, company and message.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider records when you load a page, such as your IP address and browser type.
The scorecard runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent or stored.
Why we use it
- To answer you and arrange a call, based on our legitimate interest and on steps you ask us to take before a contract.
- To keep the website secure and working, based on our legitimate interest.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it to train models.
Cookies and third parties
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Our hosting provider processes technical data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep contact data for up to 24 months after our last conversation, unless we start working together, in which case contract records are kept for as long as the law requires.
International transfers
Some of our providers are in the United States. When data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing by writing to privacy@stackbone.ai. In Spain you can also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
